Recruitment Resourcer/Admin Assistant:

We are looking to recruit 2 Recruitment Resourcers/Admin Assistants to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis.

As a Resourcer/Admin Assistant you will need to have:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be persuasive and patient
  • Must be able to cope under pressure
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Have good organisational and administrative skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise
  • Have good IT skills
  • Be able to work to deadlines

 Job Details:

  • Salary: £8.21ph plus bonus.
  • Working patterns (Monday – Friday): 8.30am-5.30pm and Part-Time 8.30am-5.30pm, 3 days a week.
  • Location: Leicester town centre
  • Duration: Permanent

The role of a Resourcer/Admin Assistant:

  • Answering the phone
  • Meeting & greeting candidates
  • Handing out the relevant paperwork
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Advertising jobs on job boards and social media sites
  • Take the relevant identifications
  • Adhering to the company compliance policy
  • Matching the right people to the right jobs
  • Add to the company marketing
  • general office administration
  • printing accounts, invoices and letters
  • recording and raising invoices
  • recording cash and cheques received
  • bookkeeping and payroll duties for clients
